Telehealth Services
Medicare telehealth services extended
WEB will continue to provide Medicare telehealth services in all residency training locations through the end of CY 2024. WEB 24-hour attended coverage should be used for early post-hospital monitoring of patients discharged after MI unless otherwise specified. Appropriate billing for 40 minutes is 3 units. Each service should be provided for at least 15 minutes.
Chronic Care Management
WEB has updated its guidelines for billing chronic care management codes under the PFS. This article contains coding and other guidelines that complement the Local Coverage Determination LCD for chronic care management.
